Working with Sam was fantastic. We were going into buying our first home and Sam was always there to answer and question we might have honestly. We would walk into some places and from the first moment Sam was able to see in our expressions that it didn't work, so he lead us out and it was off to the next place. Sam was quick to answer emails, texts, and phone calls. Sam made the process fun. Sam is very professional but also very personable. It’s not just a business for Sam, he truly puts you first and wants to make sure you get what you want.

Sam was such a wonderful Relator to work with! We had a short-notice PCS and only owned our home one year. With not much time or energy to invest in our sale ourselves, Sam came in, took professional pics, and left us to pack! The night the house went on the market, we had a devastating hail storm. Sam Pennell is a true professional! My wife and I were nervous and anxious as you would expect purchasing our very first home.
